Week 1: Foundations of Holistic Wellness in Faith

Week 2: Nourishing the Body as a Temple
- Explore biblical principles of nutrition and stewardship of the body
- Create a balanced meal plan rooted in wholesome, plant-based foods
- Embrace mindful eating practices and honor God with your food choices
- Incorporate movement and exercise as acts of worship and physical stewardship
Week 3: Cultivating Emotional Wellness in God’s Love
- Find solace and strength in God during times of stress and anxiety
