About

About Me
Hi, I’m Candice Leanos—wife, homeschooling mom of five, author, speaker, and family ministry leader. I’m deeply grateful to see God’s work in my family. Our oldest son serves in the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Machinist’s Mate, our daughter is the Lead Teacher at Young Innovators Academy, and our third son is preparing to pursue a degree in Natural Sciences. Watching them walk in their purpose is a daily reminder of why I do what I do.
I believe that when we care for the body, mind, and spirit, families don’t just survive—they thrive. As a certified Naturopathy Practitioner, Fitness Coach, and Nutritionist, I help families live healthier, more balanced lives through faith-based wellness.
For over 18 years, I’ve served in ministry—leading Vacation Bible School and Adventurer Club, teaching Bible lessons, and working in children’s evangelism. My husband and I currently serve together as the Family Ministries Leaders at Patmos Chapel, where we support families through spiritual growth, health education, and Christ-centered connection.
My ministry has reached beyond the church to underserved communities, including inner cities and Native American reservations. I’ve taught plant-based cooking classes, led wellness programs for seniors, served in faith-based schools as both a preschool teacher and school nurse, and helped organize outreach in the cities of Chicago, Phoenix, and Orlando. I’ve also had the joy of educating other children through homeschooling and coaching families to take control of their health and education with confidence and faith.
Why I Became a Coach
I became a coach because of my lived experience. I once struggled with my health and felt overwhelmed as a mom. But when I made natural, faith-based changes, everything began to shift. I experienced true healing—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
That healing made me stronger as a wife, mother, and leader in my community. It renewed my energy and gave me a deeper sense of purpose. I knew what God had done in me, He could do in others—and I felt called to help families experience the same transformation.
My Mission
My mission is to help families live healthy, joyful, faith-filled lives. I believe discipleship starts at birth and never truly ends. The Great Commission calls us to make disciples of all nations—and I believe that work begins right at home.
Through coaching, ministry, and practical, biblical tools, I guide families in caring for their bodies, renewing their minds through prayer and scripture, and creating peaceful homes where faith can grow naturally, day by day. Whether I’m coaching, teaching, or encouraging a fellow mom, my goal is always the same: to walk alongside families as they grow in health, wholeness, and purpose—rooted in peace and flourishing in love.
