About Me

Hi, I’m Candice Leanos. I’m a wife, homeschooling mom of five, author, and public speaker. My faith has shown me how important it is to care for the body, mind, and spirit, not just for ourselves but for our families too. As a certified Naturopathy Practitioner, Fitness Coach, and Nutritionist, I believe in the power of natural healing, fitness, and nutrition to create healthier, more balanced families.

Why I Became a Coach

I became a coach because I wanted to help other families experience the transformation I’ve had. When health and wellness are rooted in faith, it creates positive, lasting changes in every part of family life—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

My Mission

My mission is simple: to help families live healthier, happier lives. I guide families in nurturing their bodies, strengthening their minds through prayer, and building peaceful routines that bring balance and joy to everyday life.
